Mary "Denisse" Toribio is a compassionate and highly skilled dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, holding certifications as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With over a decade of nursing experience, she is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Denisse began her career at Summerlin Hospital, where she dedicated more than seven years providing care in various clinical settings. Her background spans primary care, hospice, pain management, wound care, orthopedics, medical-surgical nursing, intermediate care, and nursing leadership. This diverse clinical experience has shaped her well-rounded, empathetic approach to healthcare.

Denisse practices with a holistic philosophy—believing that optimal health is achieved by addressing the mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of a patient's well-being. Her warm demeanor and approachable personality help foster meaningful connections with her patients, making them feel heard, supported, and understood.

In addition to her clinical practice, Denisse is passionate about mental health advocacy, patient education, and empowering individuals to take charge of their health. Her ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for every patient she encounters.

When she's not in the clinic, Denisse enjoys volunteering in community outreach programs, staying active through fitness and wellness activities, and continuing her education to stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice
